How Can I Make My Friends Intact? 4

This Essay Is Written By Christy Mae Pastolero

Friends
For me, Friends are Treasures, difficult to find. I can say that it is difficult to find because you didn't know who are truly faithful. I am convinced that the person is truly faithful when I see the traits whom I'm searching for.
When I find my true friend, I will do anything to make us intact all the time. I will also be faithful to them. I will be a crying shoulder when they have problems. An understanding one as well as a good listener. I can be their adviser, a sister, a counselor and can serve as a bridge for those who have conflicts in each other.
Being faithful is by keeping secrets on my own as a Friend is the most valuable thing in life.
Today, It's difficult to find true friends, many said I have many but they are not. In other words they knew me as well as I knew them by our each others name but not the inside traits.
"FOR THE TRUE FRIENDS, PLEASE EXIST TO ME"

How Can I Make My Friends Intact?

Written By Lilian Fretz Rocaberte

The Opinion
I will not be a kind of a girl who is pretentious. I will tell what is right. I will not Lie to my friend. I'll do all for my friend because it's hard to search for a friend especially in this times that many girls are liers and acted as backfighters somewhat full of revenge. If I will find the true friend that I wish, I will treat her as what I do with my siblings and as far I will let him or her join my family. I will not be somewhat "Plastic". What will I say I will do it directly but when my doing can have an effect with that of my friend I will do it in the right time.
DON'T LIE TO YOUR FRIEND.

How Can I Keep My Friends Intact 2

An Essay written by Shena Marie Bongabong

First of All.... " This was Life"
First of all, making friends with others was a very simple task to do but searching for the true ones are hard to do. For me, as a young girl, I cannot find the right friend for me. A friend who can be forever till death do us part. But I have a close friend right now. She had the funny character, when we were together I feel real happiness. There was only one sentence that I can described all of the things that are going on, "This was Life", lots of memories everyday, keeping secrets for those whom I presumed friends. I think my new found friend was meant forever and I hope that. We both have same common likes and dislikes and many more.
But for now, I'm just enjoying myself with the friends that I have.............

Kwento ng Magsasaka

Kwento ng Magsasaka
nina: Arnold Cezar Dela Cruz at Gabriel Camasura

How Can I Make My Friends Intact?

How Can I Make My Friends Intact? ( An Essay )
By: Lea Nina Velasquez

I can show her that I really love her, and I will treat her not only just a friend but also as a sister of mine. I will make her happy with me so that she will also love me like I love her. I will be true to her, anytime she needs me I will be there. As we give respect with each other as well as honesty. I will take care of her feelings. If she has a problem I will create a mind that is open to listen as well as giving her some necessary advices. I will listen to what she feels and what she thinks. I will not going to make her cry, that I will be a good FRIEND to her. I will show her that I really want her to be my FRIEND. I will swear that I will not be a traitor to her. I will not hurt her feelings. I swear that I can show the world that she's the only one who can make me happy and who can make me feel that I am not alone. I will love her whatever who she is, even if she is a rigid girl who really need understanding. Lastly, I will share my secrets and I will be going to be kind anytime.

This is a sort of quiz for the Home Economics Student of PKN-DDF.
Lea Nina Velasquez is a Grade 6 pupil of PKN-DDF she describe friendship as a do to all persons that really wants to have friends.

Have a nice reading..

Thank you.

Welcome to the world of Matter

Physics and Chemistry

What is Chemistry

Chemistry is the study of matter, it's composition, structure and properties.

What is Physics

It is the study of force, mass, energy, and charge.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This branch of sciences can help us as we want to explore the physical world. As we recall in the biological world Zoology, Botany, and Biology are some of the common branches of science that helps you in journeying the biological world. Here as we will enter the new world the 2 branches of science will help you along with your lesson.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is Physical Change?

Physical Change pertains to change that happens with in its physical state. For example, as we cut the papers the paper is still a paper the only change that occur is that the chancge of the shape. Just like with the water, if the watter freezes it is also an example of physical change.

There are many physical change that occurs in the nature can you name some?

What is Chemical Change?

Chemical Change is change that occurs not only with it's apearrance but also with it's composition. For example, as we burn a piece of paper, is it still a paper after we burned it? It will become ashes therefore the paper is not anymore a paper because it turned into ashes and as we go on our deeper understanding ashes is different with paper. It is an another object. Another example is the burning of a match stick.

There are also many chemical change that occurs in the nature can you name some?

All About Matter

ALL ABOUT MATTER

What is a matter?

Common definition

The common definition of matter is anything which both occupies space and has mass. For example, a car would be said to be made of matter, as it occupies space, and has mass. In chemistry, this is often taken to mean what atoms and molecules are made of, meaning anything made of protons, neutrons, and electrons. For example, phosphorus sesquisulfide is a molecule made of four atoms of phosphorus, and three of sulfur (see image on right), and is thus considered to be matter.

What are the Phases of Matter

The 4 phases of matter are Solid, Liquid, Gas and Plasma.

Solid
Main article: Solid
Solids are characterized by a tendency to retain their structural integrity; if left on their own, they will not spread in the same way gas or liquids would. Many solids, like rocks and concrete, have very high hardness and rigidity and will tend to break or shatter when subject to various forms of stress, but others like steel and paper are more flexible and will bend. Solids are often composed of crystals, glasses, or long chain molecules (e.g. rubber and paper).

Liquid
Main article: Liquid
In a liquid, the molecules are frequently touching, but able to move around each other. So unlike a gas, it has cohesion and viscosity. While unlike a solid, it is not highly rigid.

Gas
Main article: Gas
A gas is a substance composed of small molecules which are spaced far enough apart from each other that they rarely interact and do not impeded each others' motion. Thus a gas has no resistance to changing shape (beyond the inertia of the molecules which have to be knocked aside).

Plasma
Main article: Plasma
A plasma is a gas which is so hot that many of the molecules are electrically charged. Thus it interacts with electric and magnetic fields.

Gas and Plasma are they the same?

Yes, in nature but No, in the characteristics.

How do Gas and Plasma differ?

They differ because plasma is packed with energy that they can interact with other molecules.

Mosses , Plant or not?

Mosses (Bryophyta) are quite interesting, simple green land plants with leaves and a stem and always without roots. In many mosses, the leaves are only one cell thick, except for the midribs, which are sometimes present. So the leaves are easy objects for the microscope. The plant is normally attached to the ground by delicate, colourless or brown threads, the rhizoids.
There are two major groups in the Bryophyta: Mosses (Musci) and Liverworts (Hepaticae).

Most mosses are found in areas with a humid and a cold to moderate warm climate. In the tropics, mosses are found especially in the mountains. In Europe, the south western part of Ireland is a paradise for mosses.

Mosses can reproduce asexually, by means of small clusters of cells or plates of tissue which break away and germinate to become new plants. Especially liverworts do this.

The normal, sexual method of reproduction however, involves special organs, the antheridia and the archegonia. These organs are the interesting parts for the microscopist who is interested in the biology of mosses. In the Musci the antheridium is the male organ, a delicate sac in which the male gametes are formed. It has a greyish or brown colour and an ovoid or globose form. It is a spectacular sight to see the male gametes, with two flagella, escape under the microscope from the antheridium. These antheridia are normally accompanied by numerous short filaments of cells, the paraphyses (see right image).
The archegonium is easy to recognize, with a shape like a little bottle or flask. So look carefully with a hand lens among wet patches of mosses, archegonia and antheridia are often found in special cups of leaves.

paraphysis with archegonium
I always try to study first some of the common microscopical objects in detail, especially their biology and then try to determine the names of the species that are more difficult to find. So I studied very common mosses to see some details of their reproduction.
The male gametes, escaping from the antheridia, need water to reach the egg in the archegonium. After fertilization, the egg develops in most cases into a spore-containing capsule on a stalk called a seta. Capsule and seta together form the so called sporophyte. At maturity, the capsule sheds the spores as a fine dust. The spores can be held back in wet weather by a mechanism whereby the teeth of the capsule close it.
Mosses can have one or two rows of teeth, (images left and below), an important aspect for the determination.

In the leafy liverworts, the antheridia generally occur in a packet-like swelling, the androecium, which develops on the lower portion of a modified leaf. The sporophyte develops from the archegonium. The seta is very delicate, often white and glassy, grows very fast and perishes after the shedding of the spores. The capsule is black, often globose or ellipsoid.

In most species the capsule (sporangium) peels open in four sections (image above), exposing the spores and the elaters, cells which have helically arranged moisture absorbing wall thickenings. (

These cells are sensitive to slight changes in humidity, causing a twisting action that aids in dispersing the spores. The elaters are initially attached at both ends to the sporangium. Upon drying, one end of each elater snaps loose from the center of the sporangium, spreading the spores.

Marchantia polymorpha, a more complicated liverwort, is common in flowerpots in green houses, on moist bricks in gardens and on badly drained soils. On its leaves we can see small cups, (gemma cups) with small oval pieces of tissue, which can be spread by rain drops and become new plants

gemma cups
This dioecious liverwort is known immediately by the male and female "umbrellas".
These umbrellas carry the male and female receptacles. The numerous sporogonia develop on the underside of the umbrellas; each capsule contains spores and elaters.

the female umbrellas
You may call mosses simple plants, but important biological processes are easily studied by looking carefully at these sometimes fascinating
plants.

Photosynthesis by wikipedia.com

Photosynthesis uses light energy and carbon dioxide to make triose phosphates (G3P). G3P is generally considered the first end-product of photosynthesis.[citation needed] It can be used as a source of metabolic energy, or combined and rearranged to form monosaccharide or disaccharide sugars, such as glucose or sucrose, respectively, which can be transported to other cells, stored as insoluble polysaccharides such as starch, or converted to structural carbohydrates, such as cellulose or glucans.
A commonly used slightly simplified equation for photosynthesis is:
6 CO2(g) + 12 H2O(l) + photonsC6H12O6(aq) + 6 O2(g) + 6 H2O(l)
carbon dioxide + water + light energy → glucose + oxygen + water
The equation is often presented in introductory chemistry texts in an even more simplified form as:[2]
6 CO2(g) + 6 H2O(l) + photons → C6H12O6(aq) + 6 O2(g)
Photosynthesis occurs in two stages. In the first stage, light-dependent reactions or photosynthetic reactions (also called the Light Reactions) capture the energy of light and use it to make high-energy molecules. During the second stage, the light-independent reactions (also called the Calvin-Benson Cycle, and formerly known as the Dark Reactions) use the high-energy molecules to capture and chemically reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) (also called carbon fixation) to make the precursors of carbohydrates.
In the light reactions, one molecule of the pigment chlorophyll absorbs one photon and loses one electron. This electron is passed to a modified form of chlorophyll called pheophytin, which passes the electron to a quinone molecule, allowing the start of a flow of electrons down an electron transport chain that leads to the ultimate reduction of NADP to NADPH. In addition, this creates a proton gradient across the chloroplast membrane; its dissipation is used by ATP Synthase for the concomitant synthesis of ATP. The chlorophyll molecule regains the lost electron from a water molecule through a process called photolysis, which releases a dioxygen (O2) molecule.
In the Light-independent or dark reactions the enzyme RuBisCO captures CO2 from the atmosphere and in a process that requires the newly formed NADPH, called the Calvin-Benson Cycle, releases three-carbon sugars, which are later combined to form sucrose and starch.
Photosynthesis may simply be defined as the conversion of light energy into chemical energy by living organisms. It is affected by its surroundings, and the rate of photosynthesis is affected by the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air, the light intensity, and the temperature.
Photosynthesis uses only 1% of the entire electromagnetic spectrum, and 2% of the visible spectrum.[citation needed] It has been estimated that the productivity of photosythesis is 115 petagrams (Pg, equals 1015 grams or 109 metric tons).[citation needed]

In plants
Most plants are photoautotrophs, which means that they are able to synthesize food directly from inorganic compounds using light energy - for example from the sun, instead of eating other organisms or relying on nutrients derived from them. This is distinct from chemoautotrophs that do not depend on light energy, but use energy from inorganic compounds.
6 CO2 + 12 H2O → C6H12O6 + 6 O2 + 6 H2O
The energy for photosynthesis ultimately comes from absorbed photons and involves a reducing agent, which is water in the case of plants, releasing oxygen as product. The light energy is converted to chemical energy (known as light-dependent reactions), in the form of ATP and NADPH, which are used for synthetic reactions in photoautotrophs. The overall equation for the light-dependent reactions under the conditions of non-cyclic electron flow in green plants is:[3]
2 H2O + 2 NADP+ + 2 ADP + 2 Pi + light → 2 NADPH + 2 H+ + 2 ATP + O2
Most notably, plants use the chemical energy to fix carbon dioxide into carbohydrates and other organic compounds through light-independent reactions. The overall equation for carbon fixation (sometimes referred to as carbon reduction) in green plants is:[3]
3 CO2 + 9 ATP + 6 NADPH + 6 H+ → C3H6O3-phosphate + 9 ADP + 8 Pi + 6 NADP+ + 3 H2O
To be more specific, carbon fixation produces an intermediate product, which is then converted to the final carbohydrate products. The carbon skeletons produced by photosynthesis are then variously used to form other organic compounds, such as the building material cellulose, as precursors for lipid and amino acid biosynthesis, or as a fuel in cellular respiration. The latter occurs not only in plants but also in animals when the energy from plants gets passed through a food chain. Organisms dependent on photosynthetic and chemosynthetic organisms are called heterotrophs. In general outline, cellular respiration is the opposite of photosynthesis: Glucose and other compounds are oxidized to produce carbon dioxide, water, and chemical energy. However, the two processes take place through a different sequence of chemical reactions and in different cellular compartments.
Plants absorb light primarily using the pigment chlorophyll, which is the reason that most plants have a green color. The function of chlorophyll is often supported by other accessory pigments such as carotenes and xanthophylls. Both chlorophyll and accessory pigments are contained in organelles (compartments within the cell) called chloroplasts. Although all cells in the green parts of a plant have chloroplasts, most of the energy is captured in the leaves. The cells in the interior tissues of a leaf, called the mesophyll, can contain between 450,000 and 800,000 chloroplasts for every square millimeter of leaf. The surface of the leaf is uniformly coated with a water-resistant waxy cuticle that protects the leaf from excessive evaporation of water and decreases the absorption of ultraviolet or blue light to reduce heating. The transparent epidermis layer allows light to pass through to the palisade mesophyll cells where most of the photosynthesis takes place.
Plants convert light into chemical energy with a maximum photosynthetic efficiency of approximately 6%.[4][5][6] By comparison solar panels convert light into electric energy at a photosynthetic efficiency of approximately 10-20%. Actual plant's photosynthetic efficiency varies with the frequency of the light being converted, light intensity, temperature and proportion of CO2 in atmosphere.

Food chain

Food chains, also called, food networks and/or trophic networks, describe the feeding relationships between species within an ecosystem. Organisms are connected to the organisms they consume by arrows representing the direction of biomass or energy transfer. It also shows how the energy from the producer is given to the consumer.Typically a food chain or food web refers to a graph where only connections are recorded, and a food network or ecosystem network refers to a network where the connections are given weights representing the quantity of nutrients or energy being transferred.

A food chain is the flow of energy from one organism to the next and to the next and to the next. Organisms in a food chain are grouped into trophic levels, based on how many links they are removed from the primary producers. Trophic levels may contain either a single species or a group of species that are presumed to share both predators and prey. They usually start with a plant and end with a carnivore. The diagram at right is a food chain from a Swedish lake. It can be described as follows: osprey feed on northern pike that feed on perch that eat bleak that feed on freshwater shrimp. Although they are not shown in this diagram, the primary producers of this food chain are probably autotrophic phytoplankton. Phytoplankton and algae form the base of most freshwater food chains. It is often the case that biomass of each trophic level decreases from the base of the chain to the top. This is because energy is lost to the environment with each transfer. On average, only 10% of the organism's energy is passed on to its predator. The other 90% is used for the organism's life processes or it is lost as heat to the environment. Graphic representations of the biomass or productivity at each tropic level are called trophic pyramids. In this food chain for example, the biomass of osprey is smaller than the biomass of pike, which is smaller than the biomass of perch. Some producers, especially phytoplankton, are so productive and have such a high turnover rate that they can actually support a larger biomass of grazers. This is called an inverted pyramid, and can occur when consumers live longer and grow more slowly than the organisms they consume. In this food chain, the productivity of phytoplankton is much greater than that of the zooplankton consuming them. The biomass of the phytoplankton, however, may actually be less than that of the copepods. Directly linked to this are pyramids of numbers, which show that as the chain is travelled along, the number of consumers at each level drops very significantly, so that a single top consumer (e.g. a Polar Bear) will be supported by literally millions of separate producers (e.g. Phytoplankton). i am doing some school research. any help at any time wud be appreciated greatly! tanx for the support

Plant Kingdom

Plant Kingdom
Bryophytes: Small with leaflike, stemlike, and rootlike structures.
which are Disseminated by spores: mosses, liverworts, hornworts.
Tracheophytes: Larger with true leaves, stems, and roots.
Seedless: Ferns, horsetails, club mosses.
Seed Plants:
Gymnosperms: Usually have cones, no flowers, seeds not enclosed in fruit: pines, spruces, firs, hemlocks, cycads, ginkgo.
Angiosperms: Have flowers, seeds enclosed in fruit
Monocotyledons: Leaves have parallel veins, one seed leaf: grasses, orchids, lilies, palms.
Dicotyledons: Leaves have netted veins, two seed leaves: cherry trees, maples, coffee, daisies, etc.
This informal way of describing plant classification gives an overview of how plants are classified. Botanists use a more complex system. A botanist divides the plant kingdom into Divisions, similar to the Phyla used to divide the animal kingdom. There are twelve divisions. Referring to the above ranking, three of these divisions are Bryophytes, four are seedless plants, four are Gymnosperms, and one is Angiosperms. Each Division is further divided into Classes, which are divided into Orders, which are divided into Families, which are divided into Genera (singular, Genus), which are divided into species, which is the "basic unit" of classification. Put somewhat simply, individuals in a species are able to breed with each other, while in broader categories individuals do not interbreed.
THE BINOMIAL SYSTEM OF CLASSIFICATION
The foxglove plant is the source of digitalis.Photo by Steven R. King, 1996.The scientific or botanical name of a plant is the means by which we give it its unique place in the scientific and biological world. Begun by Carolus Linneaus, a Swedish botanist, in the eighteenth century, this name is binomial (has two parts), consisting of genus and species, both of which are expressed in Latin. The genus or generic name is a noun which usually names some aspect of a plant, such as Coffea, the Latinized form of the Arabic word for beverage, kahwah. The species or specific name is usually an adjective that describes the genus. In the case of coffee, the species is arabica, indicating that the plant was thought to originate in Arabia. The coffee plant botanical name, Coffea arabica, refers to only one plant and cannot be confused with any other. Its botanical name is unique to that particular plant the world over.
The botanical name is often followed by a letter or letters which stand for the botanist who named that plant. The coffee plant's complete botanical name is Coffea arabica L., the L. standing for Linneaus. If the original botanical name of a plant is later changed, the original classifier is still noted in parentheses. Other often used abbreviations are Sarg. for Charles Sprague Sargent, founder of Harvard University's Arnold Arboretum; Lam. for Jean Baptiste Lamarck, French evolutionist and botanist; and Audub. for John James Audubon, ornithologist, naturalist, and painter. (Interestingly, this convention of naming the discoverer is not found in the naming of animals.) Sometimes the Family name is included, which groups the genera. It can usually be distinguished by its ending--"eae."
Linneaus's book Species Plantarum (The Species of Plants), published in 1753, continues to influence the naming of plants today. It is the starting point for checking whether a name has been used previously to insure that each plant is given a unique name. The earliest name for a plant is usually the official name should a dispute arise.

Kingdom

Kingdoms R. H. Whittaker recognized an additional kingdom for the Fungi. The resulting five-kingdom system, proposed in 1968, has become a popular standard and with some refinement is still used in many works, or forms the basis for newer multi-kingdom systems. It is based mainly on differences in nutrition; his Plantae were mostly multicellular autotrophs, his Animalia multicellular heterotrophs, and his Fungi multicellular saprotrophs. The remaining two kingdoms, Protista and Monera, included unicellular and simple cellular colonies.[

The Kingdom of 6 In the years around 1980 there was an emphasis on phylogeny and redefining the kingdoms to be monophyletic groups, groups made up of relatively closely related organisms. The Animalia, Plantae, and Fungi were generally reduced to core groups of closely related forms, and the others placed into the Protista. Based on RNA studies Carl Woese divided the prokaryotes (Kingdom Monera) into two kingdoms, called Eubacteria and Archaebacteria. Carl Woese attempted to establish a Three Primary Kingdom (or Urkingdom) system in which Plants, Animals, Protista, and Fungi were lumped into one primary kingdom of all eukaryotes. The Eubacteria and Archaebacteria made up the other two urkingdoms. The initial use of "six Kingdom systems" represents a blending of the classic Five Kingdom system and Woese's Three Kingdom system. Such six Kingdom systems have become standard in many works.[3]
A variety of new eukaryotic kingdoms were also proposed, but most were quickly invalidated, ranked down to phyla or classes, or abandoned. The only one which is still in common use is the kingdom Chromista proposed by Cavalier-Smith, including organisms such as kelp, diatoms, and water moulds. Thus the eukaryotes are divided into three primarily heterotrophic groups, the Animalia, Fungi, and Protozoa, and two primarily photosynthetic groups, the Plantae (including red and green algae) and Chromista. However, it has not become widely used because of uncertainty over the monophyly of the latter two kingdoms.
Woese stresses genetic similarity over outward appearances and behaviour, relying on comparisons of ribosomal RNA genes at the molecular level to sort out classification categories. A plant does not look like an animal, but at the cellular level, both groups are eukaryotes, having similar subcellular organization, including cell nuclei, which the Eubacteria and Archaebacteria do not have. More importantly, plants, animals, fungi, and protists are more similar to each other in their genetic makeup at the molecular level, based on RNA studies, than they are to either the Eubacteria or Archaebacteria. Woese also found that all of the eukaryotes, lumped together as one group, are more closely related, genetically, to the Archaebacteria than they are to the Eubacteria. This means that the Eubacteria and Archaebacteria are separate groups even when compared to the eukaryotes. So, Woese established the Three-domain system, clarifying that all the Eukaryotes are more closely genetically related compared to their genetic relationship to either the bacteria or the archaebacteria, without having to replace the "six kingdom systems" with a three kingdom system. The Three Domain system is a "six kingdom system" that unites the eukaryotic kingdoms into the Eukarya Domain based on their relative genetic similarity when compared to the Bacteria Domain and the Archaea Domain. Woese also recognized that the Protista Kingdom is not a monophyletic group and might be further divided at the level of Kingdom. Others have divided the Protista Kingdom into the Protozoa and the Chromista, for instance.

Archery

Archery is the practice of using a bow or crossbow to shoot arrows. Archery has historically been used in hunting and combat and has become a precision sport. A person practicing archery is called an archer, and one who is fond of or an expert at archery is sometimes called a toxophilite.

History The bow seems to have been invented in the late Paleolithic or early Mesolithic. The oldest indication for its use in Europe comes from the Stellmoor in the Ahrensburg valley north of Hamburg, Germany and date from the late Paleolithic Hamburgian culture (9000-8000 BC). The arrows were made of pine and consisted of a mainshaft and a 15-20 centimetre (6-8 inches) long foreshaft with a flint point. There are no definite earlier bows; previous pointed shafts are known, but may have been launched by atlatls rather than bows. The oldest bows known so far come from the Holmegård swamp in Denmark. Bows eventually replaced the atlatl as the predominant means for launching shafted projectiles, on every continent except Australia.
Bows and arrows have been present in Egyptian culture since its predynastic origins. In the Levant, artifacts which may be arrow-shaft straighteners are known from the Natufian culture, (ca. 12.800-10.300 BP) onwards. The Khiamian and PPN A shouldered Khiam-points may well be arrowheads.
Classical civilizations, notably the Persians, Parthians, Indians, Koreans, Chinese, and Japanese fielded large numbers of archers in their armies. The Sanskrit term for archery, dhanurveda, came to refer to martial arts in general.
Archery was highly developed in Asia and in the Islamic world. In East Asia the ancient Korean civilizations were well-known for their archery skills.[1] Central Asian and American Plains tribesmen were extremely adept at archery on horseback.

The Wonder of Punta Dumalag!

The Wonder of Punta Dumalag

Last June 12, 2008, Together with my Aunt and other companions we gone into a beach not a resort just a plain beach place called Punta Dumalag.

It was just a simple yet very good in an adventurous people like me. In my whole entire life i am seldom engage in some adventure getaways just like scuba or snorcling.

I've been looking forward for that activities and I thank god It all happen on that day.

Davao Gulf has a many God Given Gifts from a Vast Sea to the Vast Trenches Til their fishes and some marine animals.

At a depth of 15 feet there are so many corals that are so color inviting and that really amazed me a lot and that a very silent breath from my snorcle is the only way to show my amazment. A very good place for scuba diving and there are so many nice scenaries below very natural.

The Big Happenings about my Summer

The Big Happenings about my Summer

March 27, 2008 As myself and the group of the SSG officers went to a place called Sitio Nam Nam in the Marilog District still in Davao City. As we departed 3 am it is very foggy and cold yet because of our willingness to help in the said place we have to survive the coldness of the place.

Well tama na ang English spokening hehehe as we arrived kasi dun sa sitio Nam Nam makikita mo talaga ang kahirapan sa lugar ikanga the said place is very simple yet surviving.

Timbakal.

I really enjoyed the said experience and as I go home namili muna ako ng mga stuffs tulad ng mga gulay gulay gulay hehehehe.

Hope you enjoy reading my blog!!!!

Bilasa Issue Vs. The Marina of Claudine Barretto - a REACTION

Bilasa Issue?

Story told by Ms. Marian Rivera as the NEWEST DYESEBEL!!!

Hindi po tama ang ginawa ni Marian Rivera for doing that just to promote her Teleserya and indeed like what the daily Tabloids are saying.

Well Marian patunayan mo munang magbreak nang isang Box Office.....

Well Eto lang Lets make way to the Pa Artista............

Issue: Videogames essential to Olympic hopeful

Videogames essential to Olympic hopeful

Via www.yahoo.com

I've written lots of blog posts about how video games can improve your health and even save your life, but this one was news to me: Olympic shotput competitor Reese Hoffa plays videogames for hours every day, not to better his shotputting or improve his coordination, but for a far simpler reason: To avoid hurting himself.

A man can't spend all day throwing 16-pound balls around the yard, and Hoffa was a devoted skateboarder during his downtime, much to the chagrin of his coach, who was worried that one bad fall could end Hoffa's Olympic aspirations. To wean himself off of power slides and boneless finger flips, Hoffa instead flips on Metal Gear Solid or plays a little Command and Conquer.

Hoffa says he's no obsessive, though, and has trouble going up against people who play for multiple hours a day mastering tactics and strategy in his preferred games. No word on whether he's a fan of the Tony Hawk series of skating titles. Presumably, the cursed Nintendo Thumb must not be much of a concern, either.

As Wired notes, Hoffa is such a gamesman that he appears on the cover of Beijing 2008, which lets you participate in the upcoming Olympiad yourself. Sounds good: For my money, I'd much rather throw a virtual shotput than embarass myself trying to heft a real one.

Issue: Sheryn Regis " The Crystal Voice "

Sheryn Regis

Issue: The Mother Earth and its Real Beauties

5th grader is Mother Earth’s new guardian
By Giovanni Paolo J. Yazon

ENVIRONMENTAL education for children is critically essential. It helps mold their values, perspectives and understanding of the world we live in and how to interact today.
But many children nowadays have little or no worthwhile exposure to “opportunities that connect them to the natural world.”

And so in its efforts to educate the public, particularly the younger ones, on environmental issues, Carousel Productions Inc.—the organization that established “searches for a cause” like the Miss Philippines-Earth and Miss Earth—launched the “Lil’ Earth Angels,” a competition for girls from seven to 10 years old, who will become counterpart of the Miss Philippines-Earth winners in their activities to get more people involved in saving and protecting Mother Nature. Ten elimination rounds took place in various Robinsons malls within the metropolis last month and the final judging was held at Tiendesitas in Pasig on April 23.

“Through Lil’ Earth Angels, we hope to broaden the scope of our audience as far as promoting a cleaner and healthier environment is concerned,” said Lorraine Schuck, the organization’s executive vice president. “By having girls as spokes-persons, we hope to get their generation informed and involved in environmental issues this early.

A fifth grade student of Roosevelt College-Rodriguez in Montalban, Rizal, won the first-ever Lil’ Earth Angel title in the seventh Miss Philippines-Earth beauty pageant hosted by actors Piolo Pascual and John Lloyd Cruz staged at the University of the Philippines Theater in Diliman, Quezon City, last April 29.

Denisse Mikael Abuan, the tallest candidate, bested nine other young girls, including second to fifth placers Sabrina Chui Mei Man (Lil’ Miss Air), Izelle Josef Li (Lil’ Miss Water), Hannah Sandra Silos (Lil’ Miss Fire) and Chelsie Rose Santos (Lil’ Miss Eco-Tourism).
Completing this year’s roster were Shaira Mae Urquico (Angel of Flora), Maria Araiza Alejandrino (Angel of Fauna), Bianca Louise Zuñiga (Angel of Marine Life), Rosemarie Montaniel (Angel of Forest), and Rose Ann May Ysalina (Angel of Wellness).
Denisse was crowned by reigning Miss Earth Hil Yesenia Hernandez Escobar of Chile. She is the daughter of Erwil Marc, an entrepreneur, and Jomelyn, a municipal tourism officer in Montalban. She has a year-old brother named Sean Liwre.

Watching her favorite shows on television and doing clay art are among her hobbies; she considers dancing as her talent. “I joined Lil’ Earth Angels to develop my talents, skills, confidence… and be more aware of environmental issue,” she said.
The youngest national beauty queen also dreams of becoming a nurse someday.

As newly crowned Miss Philippines-Earth Jeanne Angeles Harn took her victory walk in UP Theater last Sunday, Mother Earth not only found victory with her, but with Denisse Mikael, too—both will serve as guardians in securing a cleaner and healthier environment for future generations!

A Great honor for those who have concern with thy Earth.

Issue: The Rise of the Golden Rise

GOLDEN RICE?

Ngunit Ang Sa Akin Lang or NASAL.

Yes we do have NFA but eto ngayun ang nakaka alarma at nakaka puzzle in my mind......

In bisayan term pa ay " Puslan man tas as , Tas as na lang tanan."

AngSa Akin Lang.......

Saan Ito Hahantog?

May K pa ba tayu?

kung meron nasaan ang K?

ISSUE: Science "separate thing in education"

Issue: Science " A Separate Thing in Education"
BY: JM

Hay naku it is by then April na when I posted this blog of mine na ang content is very sensitive enough. Ang subject or the Topic is a complicated one.. Science on a separate manner?

Hindi sa namumuhi ako but is has something with the leaders on it.

At SANAY SA SUSUNOD MAGKARUON SANA TAYO NG ISANG CLUB NA BAGKUS AY SAKLAW ANG KABUUAN NGUNIT SANAY MAKAYANANG PANG LINGUNIN ANG IBANG PILIT NA IPAKITA ANG SARILI NGUNIT NI HINDI NILILINGON.....

KATULAD NG AKING SCIENCE CLUB....

ITO AY ISANG HAMON NA MAPAG ISA ANG ISANG KURSO NA KUNG SAAN PILIT NA GINAGAWANG WATAK WATAK NG TADHANA..........

HANGGANG SA MULI KONG PAGSUSULAT..

ISSUE: Does True Love exist in a life after Death?

Issue: Does True Love exist in a life after Death?

For all the readers I may not translate this in a plain English because I find a hard time typing English words. Hope you understand!!

It all started way back on my College Freshmen days nung nasasagi sa akin ang paksang ito, well nuon pa ngang high school ko pa ito naiisip but im not serious on it.

True Love after Death?

Going back in the storyline...

Excited na kasi ako nuong mag College kasi nga umaangat na nga level ko sa schooling but meron ding kaba na baka hindi ko kaagad ma gets yung ituturo sa akin ( by the way Education student ako sa school namin. ).

Siya ay makisig, defined to be Not so Tall, Dark and 50% handsome guy na nakaklase ko ulit.

Issue: Primetime Televiewing

Issue: Primetime Televiewing ( 2 )

As of us Filipinos Primetime is a kind of Family bonding time that's why two of the TV stations in the Philippines are competing so hard. But the real essence is: Did the Primetime shows of any stations in or outside the country has to do in every people's life after they see the show or in short is Primetime show is significant enough to be important?

Well on my own observation it has a significant that is enough to change a view of a certain person. It can use leisure time very effective and somehow productive. For example in the many vendors of a market til the many gossipers in a busy streets that can make Primetime shows as a venue for topic to be discussed and for the area in which debaters are populous esp. near a church they can also use that as one of the topics.

In the other hand it can also a venue for anyone for catching up some values and insights that are applicable in the real life.

In short Primetime is also important yet siginificant enough to be popular.

Issue: The Primetime Televiewing

Issue: The Primetime Televiewing

Redirecting this concern to many people I just want to say that this is an issue not just because of the ratings but because it can also affect the daily living of every persons.... Esp. in the Philippines.

To discuss this topic and I will elaborate my blog tomorrow about this topic .

Thank you.

Issue: The NBN-ZTE Deal " In the Eye of a Student"

Issue: NBN-ZTE Deal : It's Impact to a Student

In the EYE of a Student

It's my firstime to have blog in Blogspot so i am hesitant pa to have so many blogs after all ( huhuh )
hindi ko pa kaya kayang maggawa ng blog dito sa blogspot kasi naman first time pa hehehe....
Well there are so many happening ang dapat kong i kwento sa mga tumitingin ng mga blog sa net
especially yung mga mahihilig sa mga EHEM. Yung Ehem is a simple representation of Corruption
well it is so very weird but ehem is an expression kasi of times na kung saan kung may nakita kang di kaaya aya sa paningin mo tapos yung gumagawa ay hindi mo kakilala eh yung unang salitang mamumutawi sa mga bibig mo ay EHEM. In relation therefore i relate ko sa mg sinulat ko in advance. This is a blog which is merely related na rin sa ating bansa ngayon ( year 2008 ) I am inspired of the Lozada issua as well as the ZTE hindi ko talaga makakalimutan ang issue na ito sa lahat ng talambuhay ko. It is started when we have our session in our Political Science subject way back months ago, when the ZTE scandal go in full throttle ( hehehehe ). Our instructor discuss about the President's Power until such time na napadpad kami sa issue ni Pres. Arroyo na ZTE scandal. Actually when this issue was assigned to me and as I read newspapers ay na shock talaga ako sa mga content ng mga naturang scandal ( hala ) talo pa ata ang sex scandal sa tabi ng kalya ang content nito at kung sa pelikula pa ay kon todong Box Office hit talaga. The issue was brought to the public via Philippine Star ( issue # and Date nakalimutan ko na ) by Mr. Jarius Bondoc and personally i am a fan of him as what he did, hindi kaya mumurahin ang kinalaban nya mantakin mung buong kamara, gabinete at buong Pilipinas ang ginulat nya. ) GMA? at ang Lozada ( ever is a Hero? ).

Bidding Price:

( How I Wish )

Lozada ( the ever Hero? )

So kung naglalason silang dalawa?

In the mere End? Hindi gagana ang Poeople Power

Bakit?

Tayu ay Pilipino at kaya nating magtiis so yun.

How sad it is hindi ba?

let's don't just dream for a gold but having an action for a platinum.
